When I Consume You is an intense look at how grief can consume a person’s entire being. Director Perry Blackshear (They Look Like People and The Siren) uses supernatural mythos to help guide along a slow-burn plot that will devour your mind.

Romantic Comedies are usually incredibly predictable. They involve two people falling in love with a recycled storyline that sometimes has a holiday setting. Occasionally, you’ll see something new added, but it’s almost always the same. Holidate tries to change it up with a newer storyline that is pretty fun and works.

It is written and directed by Ramin Niami and stars Nazanin Boniadi, Riley Smith, Amy Madigan, Marshall Manesh, Maz Jobrani, Max Amini, George Wallace, Annie Little, Anita Khalatbari, Samantha Colburn, Steven Schub, Sam Golzari, Nick Soper, Andy Madadian and more!

If you woke up one morning and found that your dog wasn’t in your house anymore, how would you react?

Hitchcock takes us on a ride through the making of Alfred Hitchcock’s film Psycho, but this film focuses a bit more on his marriage with Alma Reville, played by Helen Mirren. Director Sacha Gervasi takes a risk, in my opinion, with showcasing the marriage between Alfred and Alma and how much Alma really was Alfred’s biggest fan, supporter and helper. I personally think it was a good risk, though not great.
